WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

 

 We are based In Spain, beautiful sunny Tenerife. Our swimwear are designed in Spain with the highest quality in mind and shipped from our Asia warehouse to keep prices low for our customers. We have also a team based in Los Angeles to manage the logistic in North and South America.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

 

 We currently offer the following:

Apple pay, Google pay, PayPal, and all major Credit / Debit cards.

 

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

 

 Yes, we use McAfee security to safeguard all of your payment information and identity from theft.

 Our free giveaways are a limited time offer. Orders are a final sale. Just cover shipping

 

 

HOW LONG DOES THE ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

 

 

Orders normally take 1-5 days to process – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume. 

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

 

 

  • Shipping Time to the US: 1 - 4 weeks
  • Shipping Time to the other countries: 1 - 4 weeks

 


There are circumstances that are out of our control (like customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) those may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistic partners may experience. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

  

 

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS CAN I FIX IT?

 

 If you can inform us of the error before your order ships we will gladly correct it. However, if your order has already shipped we cannot stop it.

 

 

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS IF I HAVE AN ISSUE?

 

 Yes, we most certainly do on non-giveaway items. Please refer to our returns policy for more more information.

 

 

 

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE YOUR RETURN CAN BE DENIED

 

  1. Obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

 

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your order was returned not by you or is missing due to the carriers mistake we will issue you a full refund to the payment method used.
